Holy Macaroni Chefs Dan Wright and Maggie Grivetti, along with Co-Owner Randy Duncan, recently attended the National Restaurant Association Show in Chicago. The trio found some great new ideas that will be incorporated into Holy Mac's weekly features and an expanded Catering menu. The NRA Show is the place for the hottest trends in food, beverage, equipment and technology.
